I'm passionate,

I feel passionately about helping brands, agencies and businesses with their strategies to serve, support and delight customers. I enjoy and am adept at working with individuals, teams, creatives and technical specialists. My rich and varied experience over the years enables me to understand the relationship between analytics and creativity, and my skill lies in quickly learning the market to help companies achieve their objectives. My understanding of psychology, my ability to sketch, ideate, conceptualise and create - makes me a fairly useful user experience designer.
